Terms & Conditions

These are the generic Terms and Conditions for ANI Courses. By sending a registration, the Terms and Conditions hereunder are accepted and agreed with. Booking training via email means that the T&Cs hereunder are agreed with. When in conflict with any Terms and Conditions sent to ANI by the customer, the Terms and Conditions established by ANI hereunder always prevail.

1. Registration Process

Registration is made by sending the registration form for the respective course or alternatively by sending an email stating such registration. In case of registration by email these terms and conditions are considered as read and agreed with. Do not send the registration before participation and budget for it is approved. The registration is a binding contract between the ANI and the company of the registered person. Should a registration be sent without prior approval and such approvel is never received, the registered person is liable for any financial consequences.

2. Liability

ANI will not be liable for any accident/damage during the course, during the stay and/or travel from/to participant’s home country. ANI will provide necessary support/first aid in case of such troubles.

3. Payment

Payment must be made by bank transfers. Payment by Cheque or Cash needs prior approval by ANI. Payment by Credit Card is also possible but is subject to a 4% fee. For payments by Credit Card contact the ANI, you will be directed to a page where the payment can be made. Complete payment must be received 30 days after the invoice date. Failing receipt of payment, The ANI reserves the right to either deny access to the class or withhold the course certificate. The invoice will be issued at ANI’s discretion or on request after the confirmation of registration. Payment duty of the customer cannot be made dependent on any customer-internal policy like sending a formal quote, registering the ANI as service provider on an electronic platform, requiring ANI to fill in any forms or requesting some customer specific information on the invoice (e.g. purchase order number).

The customer owes ANI the invoiced amount. Deductions must not be made. Should a withholding tax in a country apply, ANI needs to be informed up front. ANI will issue an invoice increased by the amount of any withholding tax.

Note: Bank transfer costs occurring by the paying bank are to be paid by the paying party. ANI pays the costs on the receiver side.

4. Cancellation

 Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the starting date of the course are free of charge. For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course, 75% of the fees will be reimbursed. Cancellations within 6 weeks of the commencement of the course will result in a penalty fee of 100% of the tuition fees.

Specific policy for FVP Practical module and Understanding the Cockpit side:

Cancellation up to 12 weeks before the starting date are free of charge. After that, in case of cancellation the participant must pay one third of the course fees. However, cancellations within 7 days of the start date result in a penalty of 100% of the tuition fee

5. Force Majeure

If due to Force Majeure the course cannot take place, an agreement with the individual customer will be saught. This can result in re-scheduling the course or reimbursing the course fees. ANI cannot be held liable for cancellation or rebooking fees for travel and accommodation.
