Romano Germann is one of the most experienced Flight Procedure Designers in Europe. He has been instrumental in skyguide's Flight Procedure Design team for 15 years and designed a large number of procedures, also difficult ones in complex terrain. Romano is also a very competent and organized project manager and can lead flight procedure projects efficiently from the brainstorming phase to implementation. He is fluent in German, English, French and speaks basic Mandarin. Romano’s main function is Chief Flight procedure Designer at ANI Services (subsidiary company of ANI) and is part of the Flight Procedure Design instruction team at ANI. Romano is also a member of the Eurocontrol RNAV Approach implementation Support Group (RAiSG).
