Michael Hopp is an active commercial pilot with more than 11 years of flying experience on A320 Family and A380 aircraft. He has a university background with a MSc in Aeronautical Engineering. After a number of management positions, Michael became Program Manager in the ATM Development Sector of an international legacy airline. In his role, he is responsible for PBN implementation projects at several large European airports including the conduction of procedure validations in close cooperation with air navigation service providers.
Besides his main profession, Michael works as a founding member for the company Procedure Validation Solutions (PVS), which offers training, techniques and services in the area of flight procedure validation for enhanced safety, including a sustainable documentation concept according to ICAO Standards.
