Jim Terpstra -ARINC 424

James E. Terpstra is a retired Senior Corporate Vice President in Flight Information Technology at Jeppesen. His ratings include ATPL and multi-engine airplane and instrument flight instructor and he still actively instructs. His over 6000 flight hours include 3200 instructing hours. Furthermore Jim was instrumental in starting the ARINC 424 commitee back in 1973, where he still participates. He used to be an advisor to the US member in the ICAO Instrument Flight Procedures Panel (IFPP) as well. Jim is also a member of the International Advisory Commitee of the Flight Safety Foundation.
